Scope
These terms govern direct bookings made through casagalia.es. Bookings placed through Booking.com or Airbnb are also subject to the respective platform’s terms and processes, subject to mandatory law.
Property and occupancy
The full property at Calzada Romana 28, Alcalalí Property cadastral reference: 0012069YH5950N0001XB. is rented as a single unit. The advertised maximum is 3 guests, although the historical registration lists four places. Individual rooms are not let. Tourist stays are subject to the applicable 10-consecutive-day limit for the same tenant, with any statutory transitional exceptions.
Price and confirmation
Dates, guest count, total price and booking terms are shown before payment. The rate includes final cleaning, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, facilities, applicable taxes and all mandatory charges. No security deposit is required. Viewing available dates is not a confirmed booking: required payment and booking confirmation are necessary.
Payment
For arrival within 7 days or fewer, 100% is payable at booking. For arrival in more than 7 days, pay 30% at booking and the remaining 70% 7 days before arrival. The amount payable is displayed before authorising payment.
Guest cancellation
Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable, and no general free cancellation period is offered. Mandatory statutory protections, including where the accommodation provider fails to perform, still apply. The general 14-day withdrawal right ordinarily does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates under Spanish consumer law, Article 103(l).
Outstanding payments and host cancellation
If a balance is overdue, the host will decide personally how to proceed: there is no automatic cancellation for this reason. If the host cancels a confirmed reservation, the host refunds all amounts received, without prejudice to any additional statutory rights.
Changes, no-show and early departure
Date changes require available dates, the host’s approval and agreement to any price difference. A no-show leaves the full booking amount payable, subject to applicable law. Unused nights after early departure are not refunded except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 11:00. Early check-in from 10:00 or late check-out until 17:00 costs €40 per option, only if requested, available and approved. These optional charges are never applied automatically.
House rules
Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs where access is protected by applicable law. No smoking indoors and no parties. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. The property has stairs and a private pool. For safety, children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, especially near the pool and on the stairs. Please raise any accessibility or safety needs before booking. Guests must respect the property and report problems.

Acceptance before payment
Guests must actively select an initially unchecked box accepting these terms before payment. Proposed terms version: CG-2026-10-27-v2. This does not constitute consent to marketing or non-essential cookies.
